Hello, I’m Melanie, a Customer Success Manager at Movebubble
What do you love about working for Movebubble?
Without a doubt, it's the fabulous team who make a big difference for all the renters out there. It's great to see such a renter-focused product that puts them at the forefront of the industry.
Tell us about your journey so far
I previously worked for another company in the property industry, organising and putting together their email marketing. I’m excited to continue my journey in the world of bricks and mortar with Movebubble.
The speed of innovation within the company is something I admire, and I'm super excited to see where we'll be in a year from now.
What does your day-to-day look like at Movebubble?
Keeping partners happy is the name of the game. I ensure they’re making the most of the app and are maximising their experience with us.
What do you love about your role?
I love interacting with our partners on a daily basis while providing the best customer experience possible. From awesome partners to a great team here at Movebubble, there’s always amazing people to interact and collaborate with.
How is Movebubble doing it for renters?
Movebubble is constantly analysing its data and innovating the app to transform the rental market while making it the best experience possible for our renters.

Regents Park! I love the open spaces and its central London location.
